Accountability coaching for founders with ADHD
You have more ideas before lunch than most people have all week. The trouble is follow-through: the invoice you meant to send, the hard call you keep moving to tomorrow, the plan that was perfect on Sunday and gone by Wednesday.
I have ADHD, and I've built businesses with it for 20 years. I grew Skillet from one food truck to 4 locations, grew Huxley Wallace Collective to 11 locations and about 350 employees, and founded Burbs Burgers (5 locations). What kept me going wasn't willpower. It was simple systems and someone checking in.
What you get
- A weekly planning call. We pick the 3 things that move your business and break them into steps small enough to start.
- Weekday check-ins. A quick "what's first?" in the morning and "how'd it go?" at the end of the day.
- Simple systems that stick. Calendar blocks, a one-page weekly scorecard, body-doubling work sessions, and routines for the boring stuff.
- Numbers without the dread. A light monthly look at sales, cash, and what's owed.
- No shame. Missed a day? We restart.

Who it's for
Owners, founders, freelancers, and small business operators with ADHD (diagnosed or strongly suspected) who are capable, busy, and tired of being almost caught up. In person in Skagit and Whatcom, or by phone or video anywhere.
Coaching, not therapy or medical care. I don't diagnose or treat ADHD. If you work with a doctor or therapist, coaching can sit alongside that.
Questions
Do I need a diagnosis?
No.
Are you a therapist or a certified ADHD coach?
No. I'm a business owner with ADHD who coaches founders on planning and follow-through.
What is body-doubling?
We get on a video call and each work on our own tasks. It makes starting much easier.
Is this only for restaurant owners?
No. Any founder or small business owner.
How do check-ins work?
Short messages on weekdays, by text if you've opted in, or by email.
